Lucien LaMotte is a guitarist, composer, and songwriter living in Port Townsend. His influences include Bill Frisell, Allan Holdsworth, John Scofield, and Pat Metheny. He has toured Europe and North America supporting his original Americana music and as a guitarist and pedal steel player for Seattle artists The Joy Mills Band and Silverhands. He has opened for artists including Lukas Nelson, Chaka Khan, Ziggy Marley, The Temptations, The O'Jays, and The Whispers. His original music is rooted in storytelling through childhood experiences and exploration of American folklore.
Paul Geoghan is from Grand Rapids, MI. He has been trained in classical and jazz. But finds his chops more suitable for funk, soul, groove, psychedelic and rock music. He has been playing electric bass for 22 years and double bass for 18 years. He has played historic stages such as Great American Music Hall, The Catalyst, The Majestic Theatre, The Ark, Sweetwater Music Hall, Terrapin Station, Ogden Theatre, and Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom. Has opened for Rusted Root, Blind Melon, Badfish, Billy Strings, Drew Emmitt, Hal Ketchum, Soulive, Lotus and more. When not gigging or hanging out the family, he works on recording some electronic music for fun under the name 'Chester vs the Avocado'.
